Neuroscientific approach to productivity and leadership
Neurointegration approach is based on neuroscience research, leveraging how our brain works, and combined with practices from coaching and psychology.

I can provide trainings as well as group or individual coaching.

Workshops can cover topics such as:
  • Dealing with stress and burnout
  • Work-life balance that our brain needs to stay productive
  • Setting goals and building an effective planning system to keep motivation high, move at a sustainable pace, and avoid resistance
  • How to improve focus, motivation, and productivity level
  • Neurobiology for leaders: How to work with people to help them maintain motivation, stay productive and prevent burnout
How I make my workshops awesome
All the workshops are designed to be effective for learners, taking into account neuroscience and understanding of how our brains work and learn
  • Active participation and learning from each other
All workshops include a lot of practical exercises based on scenarios relevant to your business, along with discussions, reflections, and opportunities for sharing opinions and feedback.
  • Safe psychological environment and positive atmosphere
We learn better in a safe environment where we can openly ask questions, make mistakes, share opinions and take risks. I allocate time at the beginning of the training to establish a safe space, where participants get to know each other and develop their relationships.
  • Individual approach
I always try to understand your company's distinct requirements and goals to design a program that will align with your specific business context, challenges, and objectives.
  • Neuroscience-informed approach
Trainings are developed using insights from neuroscience, drawing upon an understanding of how our brains function and how adults learn.
  • Coaching stance
The effectiveness of the training can be enhanced by individual or group coaching , where I help individuals explore their strengths, address challenges, create specific, actionable plans to develop soft skills, and track progress towards their learning objectives.
  • Work in mini-groups to support applying skills into practice
For even greater effectiveness, I recommend adding work in mini-groups so employees could help each other in applying new skills into practice and addressing their challenges.
How to enhance the effect of the training?
I highly recommend incorporating work in mini-groups into the learning journey during or after training. This approach helps participants stay engaged, implement new skills into their work, and learn from each other.

The small groups of peers will meet regularly to share their experiences and challenges, ask questions, practice difficult scenarios, and collectively brainstorm ideas.

I offer moderation of such groups to maximize the learning outcomes or I can teach your employees of moderation.

As a coach, I can also help each participant identify their personal areas of growth and create a plan for improving their skills.

Yanina Naukovich
People Partner at Planner 5D
Yana conducted a communication workshop in our company. During the workshop, we learned about the basic concepts of effective communication and teamwork. We also covered how to avoid irritation, the importance of active listening, understanding our own emotions and those of our interlocutors, and how to ask powerful questions.
This topic might initially appear simple and familiar to everyone. However, as we delved into the training, Yana introduced several practical techniques that greatly enhanced communication within our team.
It was very informative to participate in such a training session with colleagues. We engaged in role-playing exercises and scenarios based on examples from our work. It was fascinating to act out these scenarios with a colleague and share immediate feedback. This experience enhanced everyone's understanding of communication at a higher level.
Despite the complexity of organising the workshop, with part of the team in the office and part remote, Yana managed to bring us all together in one space and immerse us in engaging interactions on a Miro board.

In conclusion, I want to thank Yana for focusing our employees on relevant and important topics. There is much to think about and, most importantly, to apply! We look forward to continuing to work on these skills.
Katya Shkor
Employer Brand at On The Spot Development
While the topic of work-life balance seemed a bit overdone to me, Yana's science-backed approach, with a deep dive and practical tools, was a breath of fresh air.

We invited Yana to On The Spot Development to give a workshop on the neurobiology of stress for our Team Lead Club.
She thoroughly broke down the science, explained how our brains function, helped us estimate our stress levels, and gave actionable tips to manage stress and stay happy and productive. These tools are now part of my daily routine, and they're a real game-changer.

I highly recommend inviting her to boost your team's stress management knowledge and skills, which, to my personal imho, are invaluable for us today.
Aleksey Pchelnikov
Engineering Director at Klika Tech
I recently participated in a training that covered a broad spectrum of important topics such as team psychological safety, creating conditions for effective teams, motivation, empathy and rapport, active listening, effective questioning, feedback, and managing difficult conversations. I would like to share my positive experience from participating in this event.

At first glance, the topics presented may seem quite simple and obvious, but in practice, we often encounter difficulties in these areas. The training was specifically designed to stimulate the process of self-reflection and help participants reconsider their attitudes and approaches.

One of the most valuable aspects of the training for me was interacting with other participants. Seeing a variety of viewpoints and approaches to the same issues was not only interesting but extremely informative. It allowed me to broaden my horizons and improve my understanding of interpersonal relationships within a team.

The organization of the training deserves special attention. Everything was organized at the highest level, from the preparation of materials to creating conditions for practice in mini-groups. These practical sessions provided me with the opportunity to apply the knowledge gained in a safe and supportive environment.

Moreover, the training contributed to strengthening team spirit. In conditions where managers are often busy and physically separated, having such a platform for exchange and mutual understanding was a real gift. We were able to get to know each other better and work as a unified team.

In conclusion, I would like to express my gratitude to the organizers for an exceptionally useful and enlightening training. It was not only a learning experience but also an important step towards a better understanding of myself and my role within the team.
Mohammad Shirazi
Project Manager at Klika Tech
I found the training to be extremely valuable and insightful. Here are some specific points:

Psychological Health: I was reminded of the importance of psychological health within our team. We held a survey that helped in gaining a better understanding of the team's mental health landscape.
Motivation: I found the discussions around motivation, both in terms of motivating the team and as a manager, to be particularly helpful.
Active Listening and Feedback: These topics resonated with me the most. I recognize the need to improve in these areas personally, and the training provided practical strategies and goals for enhancing my skills in active listening and delivering constructive feedback.

Organization and Collaboration: The training was well-organized, and I appreciated the opportunity for sub-group discussions. The level of collaboration among participants was very good and added a lot to the overall experience.

In summary, I really enjoyed the training and gained valuable knowledge and tools to enhance both my personal growth and my effectiveness as a manager.

Thank you for facilitating such a great training.

The training fully met my needs and exceeded expectations. It was an intensive program with well-structured information and engaging activities, allowing me to better understand facilitation and its practical application. The additional skill development session was valuable, and I now have a practical tool for improving various skills. Yana's excellent facilitation skills and individualized approach in a small group setting created a comfortable environment for sharing thoughts and insights. This training is beneficial for both experienced managers and those new to team leadership, seeking to enhance team collaboration and conduct effective meetings.

Yana is a highly skilled facilitator. The training was very comfortable yet rich. Everything was super-structured and adaptable to any level. Despite not coming from an IT background, I found it entirely practical, as demonstrated by my final project. I've already recommended the training to colleagues and friends 😉.
