How we will work
We’ll work in 3-week sprints. Each sprint will have a clear focus with a plan we create together. I’ll support you daily, and we’ll meet weekly to track progress, adjust priorities, and refine the plan.

You’ll take tests to assess your mental state, burnout risk, and stress levels. We’ll define your goals and desired outcomes, and I’ll provide a high-level work plan.

Sprint Planning
We’ll assess your daily routine and create a detailed weekly plan, incorporating small, manageable practices that move you toward your goals.

Daily Support
We’ll stay in touch daily. You’ll share how you’re feeling, and if stress arises, I’ll suggest practices to help you manage it. This builds self-awareness and emotional control over time.

Weekly & Sprint Review
Each week, we’ll review your progress, celebrate wins, and adjust the plan.
At the end of the 3-week sprint, we’ll assess overall progress and motivate you to keep moving forward.
