Klika Tech, a service company specializing in creating IoT solutions for global clients:
Klika Tech aimed to create a learning opportunity for Project Managers to
  • Improve their leadership and communication skills.
  • Build closer relationships among managers.
  • Create opportunity to share challenges and learn from one another in a safe environment.
How we started:
Clarifying needs and interest
I discussed the Company’s needs with the Head of PMO, after which we conducted a survey among managers to identify the topics that interested them the most and to assess their motivation.
Forming a group of PMs
We formed a group of 12 Project Managers who showed the greatest interest in the training.
Customizing the program
I customized the training program to align with their specific interests and needs.

Training Program
I tailored the program considering participants' interest and organizational context.

We had 9 workshops covering the topics:
  • Psychological safety in teams
  • Conditions for effective teams
  • People's Motivation
  • Effective feedback
  • Coaching tools: building rapport, active listening, asking powerful questions
  • Handling difficult situations
How the training was organized:
Zoom and Miro board
The workshops were conducted on Zoom. We also used Miro board to facilitate learning, collaboration, and have all learning resources in one place.
Engaging activities
All workshops were highly engaging and included group discussions, exercises and mini-group activities.
Additional recorded videos
For some topics I recorded additional videos to cover more theoretical information and leave more time for collaboration during the workshops.
Support in chat
We created a chat with participants to communicate between sessions and address any questions.
Same place, same time,
We met regularly, every week at the same time for 2 hours, for a total of 9 weeks.
Feedback
After the training, we gathered feedback to help participants reflect on their learning experience and, of course, to improve future trainings.

  • Opportunity to look at challenging situations from different perspectives, try out various roles in order to better understand the motivations, challenges, and difficulties faced by both managers and teammates.
  • The training was great, the program was well organized, the participants size was great not too few not too many, the team collaboration was very interesting in working on different topics.
  • It was especially valuable to receive practical advice on giving feedback and to explore various tools for establishing rapport, building trust and friendly relationships within the team. The training format was optimal, I enjoyed the large number of role-playing activities and working in small groups.
  • It was helpful to see how colleagues think and elaborate, what different perspectives they have on the same issue. Managers are always busy and work on different projects rarely intersecting, and this training helped to get to know each other better.
  • Interesting topics that initially seem simple and understandable, but where we often make mistakes.
  • The training was structured in such a way that it allowed us to initiate a process of reflection, to build better understanding.
  • What I appreciated the most were the topics raised in the training and the group brainstorming sessions on different cases. It was interactive and provided an opportunity to listen to multiple perspectives and view the issues from different angles.

    I recently participated in a training that covered a broad spectrum of important topics such as team psychological safety, creating conditions for effective teams, motivation, empathy and rapport, active listening, effective questioning, feedback, and managing difficult conversations. I would like to share my positive experience from participating in this event.

    At first glance, the topics presented may seem quite simple and obvious, but in practice, we often encounter difficulties in these areas. The training was specifically designed to stimulate the process of self-reflection and help participants reconsider their attitudes and approaches.

    Moreover, the training contributed to strengthening team spirit. In conditions where managers are often busy and physically separated, having such a platform for exchange and mutual understanding was a real gift. We were able to get to know each other better and work as a unified team.
