Key elements of Neurointegration
Great results depend on the quality of our actions, the decisions we make, and our mental state.
1- NeuroSprint — a planning system for consistent progress. We work in 3-week sprints, planning projects to maintain high focus and motivation while minimizing resistance from our nervous system to changes.
We plan three types of projects for a sprint:
- Support for Physical and Mental Health: For example, improving sleep quality, nutrition, or incorporating regular physical activity.
- Joyful Activities: Something that brings pure joy and allow us to savor life.
- Goal-Oriented Activities: For example, developing new skills, exploring new places — what drives us or helps to become a better version of ourselves.
2 - Regulating Mental State through neuro-practices.You learn to observe how you feel and use various neuropractices to
reduce stress, improve performance, and overcome or
prevent burnout.3 - Changing Default Thinking Patterns. You learn to recognize and alter ineffective default patterns, such as
self-sabotage, procrastination, and perfectionism.
