Great results depend on the quality of our actions, the decisions we make, and our mental state.
1- NeuroSprint — a planning system for consistent progress.

We work in 3-week sprints, planning projects to maintain high focus and motivation while minimizing resistance from our nervous system to changes.

We plan three types of projects for a sprint:
  • Support for Physical and Mental Health: For example, improving sleep quality, nutrition, or incorporating regular physical activity.
  • Joyful Activities: Something that brings pure joy and allow us to savor life.
  • Goal-Oriented Activities: For example, developing new skills, exploring new places — what drives us or helps to become a better version of ourselves.

2 - Regulating Mental State through neuro-practices.
You learn to observe how you feel and use various neuropractices to reduce stress, improve performance, and overcome or prevent burnout.

3 - Changing Default Thinking Patterns.
You learn to recognize and alter ineffective default patterns, such as self-sabotage, procrastination, and perfectionism.

As a Certified ICC Coach and Neurointegration Expert, I help you achieve your goals by leveraging how our brain works, so you could keep your motivation high, minimize resistance and self-sabotage, and enjoy life along the way.
How I work
You can book a free 20-minute session to get to know each other and discuss work formats that will suit you best
  • Individual Session
    • Assessment of your stress level, burnout risks, and productivity index.
    • Interpretation of your test results.
    • Personal recommendations based on your questions and desired outcomes.
    • Video call 60 min

    Price: 100 EUR

  • Personal Coaching
    • Diagnostics (60 min video call)
    • Developing step-by-step action plan based on your goals and desired outcomes (60 min video call)
    • Daily and weekly progress check-ins to celebrate the progress and adjust the plan (2 x 60 min video calls)
    • Support in chat if you have any question or need help at some point
    • Practices for managing your mental state, improving focus, changing behavioral strategies, reflecting, etc.
    • Additional materials to help understand how the brain and body work.
    • Reflection at the end of the sprint (90 min video call)

    Price: 400 EUR / month
